Vote for Team SIOP

by SIOP Administrative Office

Executive Board Elections Close December 2

Time is running out to vote for Team SIOP!  Executive Board members play an important role in achieving SIOP’s strategic goals and supporting the profession of I-O psychology. Doug Reynolds, SIOP president 2012-2013, said, “The executive board is a team whose responsibility is to move SIOP and the profession forward. So, it really matters that we get great people on the team who care about the profession and care about SIOP.”

Serving on the Executive Board is a significant time commitment and a real service to the profession. Not all members have the time or interest to make this commitment. But all should take the time to evaluate the qualifications of the candidates and vote. As Leaetta Hough, 2005-2006 president, put it, “This is your professional organization and SIOP influences the field of I-O psychology—its future and yours. Your voice, your vote matters. Please vote in the SIOP elections.”

SIOP Members, Fellows, Retired Members, and Retired Fellows may vote. Associates and Student Affiliates are not eligible to vote. Associates who are interested in becoming voting members are invited to take the path to membership and can find information about the process here.

These are the open positions on the Executive Board and candidates for them:
