2018 IOOB Conference Poster Deadline Approaching!

The Industrial Organization & Organizational Behavior (IOOB) conference is an annual student-led meeting bringing graduate and undergraduate student scholars together with interests in industrial and organizational psychology and organizational behavior.

The theme for the 2018 IOOB conference is “The Goodness of Fit” and the conference will take place on Friday, February 23 to Saturday, February 24 at the University of Tulsa.

The submission deadline for posters has been extended to February 9, 2018. Students with completed research projects, proposals, and on-going projects may submit their work to this national conference.

  • Specification: Must include a 500-word abstract for review and a 50-word abstract for the program
  • Submission form: Can be accessed at the IOOB 2018 website here.
  • Registration: Students interested in attending the conference without submitting a poster can register here.

Because the conference is meant to connect I-O psychology research to business practices, we encourage students of Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management to attend. The conference will feature prominent keynote speakers John Binning, Megan Leasher, Tara Behrend, and Michael Sanger. A variety of workshops relevant to both scientists and practitioners will also be presented.
