21 Fellows Inducted at the 32nd Annual SIOP Conference

Fellowship Committee Chair Ken De Meuse and incoming SIOP President Fred Oswald welcomed 21 new members into the SIOP Fellowship community at the opening plenary of the 32nd annual SIOP convention in Orlando on Thursday, April 27.

SIOP Fellowship is bestowed on industrial and organizational psychologists who have made unusual and outstanding contributions to the field.  It is an esteemed honor granted through a rigorous nomination process under the direction of the Fellowship Committee.

Before announcing the newest Fellows, De Meuse asked committee members to stand and be recognized for the many hours of effort that went into the selection.

Committee members evaluated Fellows nominees in terms of their impact on I-O psychology and its advancement, and their contribution to the Society’s mission of promoting the science, practice, and teaching of industrial and organizational psychology.
