by SIOP Administrative Office

Abstract submissions are now open for the 15th Biennial Conference of the International Society for the Study of Work and Organizational Values (ISSWOV). The deadline for submissions is December 5!

The 2016 ISSWOV conference, to be held July 3 – 6, 2016 in Belo Horizonte, Brazil, is organized around the theme of “Values – An Organizational Resource.”

The conference will be hosted by FUMEC University. Past ISSWOV meetings were held in Europe, Asia, and North America. With this meeting, ISSWOV moves to vibrant South America.

Changes in the last few years have seen a resurgence of some nations and jostling for space by others. Nations that conquered the world in the early days of urban civilization are struggling to maintain sovereignty, and other industrial powers that shall have factories of the world are moving together to become a force to reckon with. Some of these events are being termed as critical that may have power to change the world as we look at right now. As we look around, the last decade has been quite interesting. We have witnessed several critical moments that changed the world.

ISSWOV invites you to come to Brazil and contribute toward better understanding of “Values – An Organizational Resource!”
