Have Something to Say?

Committee Seeks Bloggers for SIOP Exchange

Are you a SIOP member with an interesting take on research or application of I-O Psychology? The SIOP Exchange is in need of new conversation starters!

The Electronic Communications Committee is looking for bloggers of all varieties to join some of SIOP’s current bloggers add to the content of the official I-O blog. You don’t need to be a seasoned blogger; you just need to have something to say and the time to contribute on a regular basis—daily, weekly, monthly—that suits your commitment level. Readership of the SIOP Exchange is growing, and we want members who would like to help continue that trend by writing about topics they are passionate about.

The committee is looking for 5-10 bloggers in the following topic areas:

  • Assessment/Selection
  • Groups/Teams
  • HRM Activities
  • Leadership Development/Careers
  • Legal Issues
  • Measurement/Methods
  • Motivation/Attitude
  • Organization Development
  • Training
  • Worker Well-Being
  • Other topics and perspectives of interest to you!

If you are interested in becoming an Exchange blogger, send an email to Stephany Below atsbelow@siop.org with your name, affiliation, a short description of the topic you would like to write about, and how often you would be able to write. The committee will then follow up with potential bloggers.

For more information about contributor guidelines, view the SIOP Exchange post policy here. If you would like to see a list of the Exchange’s current bloggers, click here.
